Use your verified staff Google account to access the live planner. Roles and assigned teacher spaces are resolved after sign-in.

Access policy

The production session uses Google sign-in for identity and planner-side access profiles for authorization.

  • Invited accountsAny invited Google account can sign in, including school Gmail or personal Gmail.
  • Teacher spacesTeacher-space access is assigned explicitly in the admin roster instead of inferred from login email.
  • Admin accessDepartment and platform admins can manage every teacher space and school-year workflow.

Google sign-in only verifies identity. Planner access still depends on an invited account in the admin roster.
